I used Microsoft Outlook and Exchange long time ago and i hope there are no more 2Gb limitation for *.pst files and 20mb attachements. pst files itself is very versatile, can be opened by any 3rd party email apps. if you copied it, it will remains in the original place, but if you move it, im afraid it will lost or being corrupted. Your questions are 1-Can it be lost if dont get processed? yes and no. Or won't they "move" / get deleted from the O365 account UNTIL they have been processed by her outlook 2019 for Mac? If the emails are in Peril can anyone recommend a good 3rd party tool that can extract the cue of large emails from that Macbook and copy them somewhere? The real question is, are they in fact going to be lost if they don't get processed. So she seemingly has a huge cue of large emails "stuck" on her Macbook in Outlook 2019 that refuse to move over. They were "dragged and dropped" and in outlook that MOVES the email from one folder to another even across different email accounts. Is there any way to copy those cued emails with attachments from that mac/outlook cue to any file storage without losing them or without them actually moving over? They are now clogging outlook and it refuses to work until those emails have been addressed. Not sure how they even got into the mail system (some over 40MB size). Some of these emails somehow had attachments way over the limit size. On that Mac, she dragged a bunch of emails between her O365 email account over to her GMAIL account. I have a client with Outlook for Mac 2019.
